General Manager (and accredited Sommelier) Kevin Van Hullebush created the ensemble wine list to be approachable and affordable, and showcase outstanding non-vintage and vintage wines from BC and around the world. A fun and fabulous cocktail and beer menu offers a variety of libations designed to complement the ensemble menu.
