We have just returned home from my birthday dinner at Ensemble and WOW! Not sure why the TOP Chef judges had any issue with the way Dale Mackay cooked(created) but everything was spot on! My husband is incredibly particular, being in the food business himself, and felt this meal was better than WEST in Vancouver. So Dale MacKay was absolutely the the hands down winner! Sorry we missed him, as we left just before he could come to our table to chat. It was a very busy evening. I will be back with a girlfriend for Lunch. See you then-I will order the beet salad again!
